Most visits are between 30-90 minutes depending on the services provided, number of pets within household, etc. We never rush - we schedule your appointment for the time it needs. We will always prep you for that allotted time at the time of scheduling.

YES, we encourage it to avoid being charged multiple travel fees! We are happy to see all of your pets in a single appointment - just let us know at the time of making your appointment. We will ensure the appropriate time is allotted for our visit, as well as ensure additional intake form(s) are provided. REMINDER: travel fees are billed per household NOT per pet. Additional pet examinations do not receive an added discount at this time.

We do our best to accommodate same-day sick requests. For DAY-OF REQUESTS please text us at 720-576-9803 and we will let you know our earliest availability. We are not an emergency care or critical care facility. If you are concerned your pet is experiencing an emergent event, please take your pet to the nearest emergency facility.
